According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, only 23% of Americans engage in enough exercise to meet the recommended guidelines for physical activity.
Studies have shown that exercise can reduce the risk of developing chronic conditions such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and certain types of cancer. It can also reduce the risk of developing mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety.
Regular exercise has been shown to improve sleep quality, which is critical for overall health and well-being. It can also improve cognitive function, including memory and concentration.

Using the quotes from the potential users I made a user flow to address their wants and needs
First User Flow
From the user flows I created a low-fi prototype and added responsive grids for better usability resulting in mid-fi screens
Low-fi & mid-fi responsive grids
Low- fi prototype
Mid-fi prototypes
After prototyping the mid- fi prototypes, had potential users try it and here are examples of the issues they had
Problems and Solutions
Before
The first example of the portal had a carousel with workout choices.
“I have no idea what workouts I would be doing?”
After
The solution was to make several named carousels to choose from.

There is a payment plan that people must sign up for in order to use the app
